You have gone far ahead , out of my sight
We belonged to same place a serene small town
Nature played a role in our upbringing
needs were small but happiness unlimited
friends were many and a protected family gear
Time went by like a flyer and it was time to choose a profession
now expectations were many which stretched the limit
distances increased and communication trickled
riches increased but happiness was a casualty
come back once to the place we grew together
to relive the memories of the days we spent together
wake up the child in you and see the happiness grow manifold.
a smile plays on my lips with just the rememberance
